Application

Pneumatic Bursting Testers to determine the bursting stress of fabrics, including knits, woven fabric, nonwoven fabrics, laminated fabrics and other artisanal textiles, using a pneumatic test method.

An test sample is clamped on a circular clamping ring over the expansive diaphragm; an increased pressure of air from the compressed air is applied to the underside of a diaphragm, causing the material to distension until it bursts. EOLBREAK On the Bursting software, the real time test curve is displayed. The computer can also be easily controlled with the touchscreen graphics.
